Hillside Retreat
Another project I worked on this spring was this lovely home situated on a hillside in Kailua. It is a short walk from the beach and has three bedrooms, two baths, a large lanai overlooking the landscaped garden and saltwater pool.
We helped the homeowner upgrade the paint, flooring and some of the fixtures, so the house looked its best. It sold right away, and since then the new owners have already moved in.
